Refund policy

RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS

If the item or items you have ordered arrive in a damaged condition, you have the right to return the goods.

You must contact Desert Star Design within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to provide a replacement for the returned item.

For change-of-mind returns, once the product has been returned to Desert Star Traders in its original condition, only the product price will be refunded.
