SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Desert Star Traders is open Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm, and all online orders will be filled during this time, usually within 24-48 hours* of your order being placed.  Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday night will be shipped from the following Monday.

Most parcels will be given Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise.

We use Australia Post for retail orders and my use couriers for wholesale orders.  There are times where we may need to substitute the method of shipment and will do our best to advise you, however if we are unable to contact you we will ship out as soon as possible so as to avoid delay.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES are:

Australia Post Regular: 2-5 business days
Australia Post Express: overnight (2 business days in outer zone)

INTERNATIONAL parcels are sent with Australia Post and includes tracking.  Due to current global conditions, an estimated transit time cannot be given.

Desert Star Traders will endeavor to ship by your preferred method but reserves the right to use an alternative carrier based on receiver’s address and/or size/weight of order.

* next day despatch
Same Day or Next Day Despatch is usually achieved.  However, it is dependent on an appropriate receiving address being used, the day of the week that the order is placed and that all items are in stock.  Please contact us should you have an urgent requirement and we will be able to confirm if your order qualifies for Next Day Despatch.
